I give this place 5 and would give 10, I just dealt with them for my father's funeral this past week and from the time they picked him up to current they have done each and everything they have said and promised to me and my family. Tony is the best! He has been in contact with me every step of the way he has made the process bearable in such a hard time. From planning to explaining everything hands down I will use them again. Hopefully not too soon though.
I have been dealing with the Crowder Family for more than a decade and they are hands down the most reliable and ethical people I know.
Pay this place for their services only. Make sure you don't pay them for the cemetary burial fees(headstone)because they will not pay cemetary cost their portion.They will pocket it. I only have 1 star to write this review. They are not worth any stars at all. Worst place ever..still dealing with grief...& getting bills from cemetary when it was all paid upfront to this horrible place. Now receiving bill for plot/headstone when the total of the whole funeral was paid to this place. Nobody should deal with this when you pay everything up front for crowders services & cemetary cost in full from day 1.
