They came out and cleaned out my unit and put Freon in it ($460) but failed to return my calls or messages after my unit went out again 2 weeks later. Had to pay someone else to check my unit then was informed my compresser was out and that evolution air should have informed us that our unit was to old for maintenance we needed a new one... So now were out $460 which we could have put toward a new compresser (4K)

Service could be exceptional with proper management in place. You will not find a better skilled person in the industry in this area but needs help in some areas to ensure the customer experience is what it should be for the service and product provided.
