Love this place. Employees have always been very helpful and polite. Can't remember the managers name but he's very knowledgeable and has helped out more than he really had to but still did none the less. Which was very much appreciated. Great store
We love this store! It has everything we needed for our dog, including a place to bathe them! We recently bought a hamster and are in love! It’s the cutest thing and they had a perfect cage and accessories. The facility is always clean, even the bathing area, and the staff are always out of their way nice to my kids! They go out of there way to speak with them.
We absolutely love this store always so clean and neat..the workers are always so.busy, nice and helpful. Only bad part is they could take better care and attention to the fish..there are always lots and lots of dead fish in the tanks. Got a beta there a year ago for my daughter. It was dead in 3 days. While all other fish/shrimp I've gotten from there have been healthy.
They usually always have crickets. I don't think they should limit how many you can get bc we have to drive 45 min to get them and then they hit I with a limit of 25 out of the blue and it's not worth it. Most of time we can get what need. People are nice. It's a comfortable store.
Pet supplies plus always seems to have whatever I'm looking for. If you join their rewards club you get great discounts as well. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely check this place and be sure to bring your furry friend.
