Extremely outdated and under supported by the community.
I usually come here once or twice a week to do homework. I like the books they have and how quiet it is. I get a lot of work done here rather than at the library at TSU. You get to check out books for two weeks and if you need to extend the time, you can either go in or call them. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Love this place.
When will we get a new public library? I have grown up here all my life and all we our getting is fast food chains.Can we start a petition for a new library! Who's with me?
I love the Stephenville Public Library for numerous reasons, some including the fast and convenient service, and the friendly men and women at the desk who are always patient and helpful when it comes to finding or checking out books! The quality and condition of each and every book inside the Stephenville Public Library is impressive and I love the way every shelf is organized and neat! It is easy to quickly find what you need and get on your way, but it is also nice to relax in one of many comfortable lounge chairs you find around every corner. Thank you, Stephenville Public Library, for being number one!
