Multiple issues over the years. The latest is I’ve moved away & they don’t forward most of my mail. My new post office has looked into it & said it’s set up correctly. The Argyle PO just will randomly forward some things & not others. And I am talking about first class mail & packages. Sometimes I get something with a yellow sticker. Mostly it just goes to my old address. Thankfully I’m friendly with the new occupants.
These other reviews must be from people who complain and complain. Never understanding that these employees are people too and that they also have good days and bad days. The folks here are very kind. I have never had a bad experience. It’s a small town . And the PO is perfect for us
This location is incredibly inept. We have had numerous cards and packages not arrive when shipped from this post office. Also, they choose not to deliver packages and simply claim the package was refused. Do not have anything shipped through this location either incoming or outgoing.
The worst post office I’ve ever seen and I’ve moved a fair about of times. The staff is nasty and disrespectful. One delivery driver in particular doesn’t ever ATTEMPT to deliver packages but simply puts a “sorry we missed you slip” even when you’re home in your driveway.
Some clerks are definitely more knowledgeable than others! I had one that charged me $76.00 for an overseas package that took 2-1/2 months to arrive. I could have put my contents in an international box, saved myself money and a much shorter delivery time!
