Paramedics need more training my wife fell backwards out of her semi about 4 foot and landed head first on a steal bridge was bleeding bad when thay showed up thay acted like thay came to a party all casual and walking slow to her when I was trying to tell them of her injury I was told to get away and go on (there exact words) then was ask so who are you I told them she was my wife but it didn't make a difference thay had her walk to the ambulance and at er she was made to walk into the building all the time bleeding from the back of her head thay didn't bother to try to stop bleeding or anything at the er we found out she had a skull fracture concussion and whiplash why didn't thay take care of her I could have done more for her safety and took her to er myself thay put her life at risk from now on I will never allow west valley fire to respond to any emergency I have the public is better off to do it on there own thay may stay alive
