I must say, I have had some inconsistent experiences with this postal location. Although the customer service inside is good, mail delivery is bad and needs improvement. I've been inconvenienced to the point of financial hardship because my bills have been delivered extremely late (e.g. 2-4 weeks). I shouldn't have to pay online. I've always preferred postal mail, and I believe in supporting job security. But this location must do better for the sake of the residents they serve and act with urgency and integrity when handling mail. There have been countless times where I've received other neighbors' mail, and acted in good faith to place their mail in the correct mailbox. I just wonder how many pieces of my mail that were addressed to me or one of my fellow household members, that we never received because someone decided to trash it or steal and not be honest. I've been informed by many acquaintances over the years that I should be receiving something from them in the mail, but have yet to receive. I was tempted to contact the Postmaster, but I wanted to go through the process of pecking order with my discrepancies. Please improve...
I have never in all my days had to email a post office as much as I have this one. From lost packages to lost mail. This is madness. Last week I had a package out for delivery the mail came no package but I sent an email and magically my packaged showed up. Now my credit card was supposed to come today and yet again the mail has ran and guess what no mail!!!!!!
Ms. Latoya is patient and helpful on every visit.
This is the absolute worst postal service I have ever seen. Am actual scared to mail anything rom my home because it never gets to its destination. Mail has been stolen from me as well and/or never has arrived. I always get junk mail for other people and I have explained that they do not live at this residence.
Postal worker didn't were mask,keep wiping snot in her arm from her nose..Just nasty..see picture
