This small post office in the Dallas suburb of farmers branch goes above and beyond with customer service. They take great pains to keep all the mail moving. When u ship from here your stuff moves fast and gets where it is going fast. I think it may be because of the proximity to dfw airport. Out the door and onto planes.
I went here to mail off several letters and a package. There is a young lady at the front who rushes you like they want to hurry up and get you out of the way. She kept talking over me and repeating questions (that I didn’t have time to answer) to the point where I asked her if I was going too slow for her because she kept moving too fast. I was asking questions about how to send the letters and package out and it seemed like it was irritating her. So I won’t be going to this post office to spend money ever again because the customer service was less than subpar. I wasted my time and will be going to another post office for support.
It was too expensive for box and the service fee too. The same item of 3 lb I paid 18$ minus the box fee, in different usps, they were charging 39$ including box fee of 4.99nBox = 15*12*10 brown one
Couldn’t figure out what was going on with my mail. Had a package that was arriving and was afraid it would be delivered incorrectly as I hadn’t received anything in 1.5 months. When my package said delivered but wasn’t in my mailbox, I reached out to their office directly. Both the technician and mail carrier were SO helpful - even with my annoyance of the situation showing through. They helped me get to the bottom of it - turns out my complex gave me the wrong key.nnJust wanted to say thank you and appreciate all of you help/hard work in finding my package and solving the issue!
Friendly considering the lack of normal good customer service. No line and was in and out quick.
