Thank you for all you do! Although rare, the couple of instances I needed them, Carrollton PD was there for me (a hit and run for instance, car thefts in our neighborhood, etc.). My sincere appreciation for the men and women that put their lives on the line and the professionalism they demonstrate. Please know there are many of us that pray for your wellbeing and my family is grateful for your help.
I was in a car accident today and Police officer Jennifer Monroe came to my rescue. She was so professional and empathetic, explaining everything step by step. In a moment of complete shock, I felt safe and protected. She was amazing and I’d like to thank her one more time. The police help and protect us everyday, no breaks, even on weekends and I’m just so grateful for them.
As a black male I am normally weary about where I move because of local law enforcement. But Carrollton PD has been amazing with every encounter I have had with them. Always very nice and professional.
I noticed I was being followed called a dispatcher just in case to make sure the case was clear, before making it an emergency, she seemed very nice I forgot her name could've given her credit for it too, tho I noticed when I got home an officer patrolling in my apartment complex couldn't thank them enough;coming from a family that whom also work in the police department in Huston, I know their reputation isnint the best now adays but they deserve the best theres good officers and employees in the police department in general they deserve credit.
Previous cps worker and waited 2+ hours for a police officer to arrive when I was afraid for my life but given a ridiculous ticket by an officer who was not friendly and not understanding. I will do my due diligence and pay the ticket and monitor my driving more closely but let’s maybe respond in a more timely fashion to our 911 calls from frantic young women and be less eager to hand out tickets to (for the most part) law abiding citizens.
