I absolutely love the therapy spot, they have some of the best speech therapist who are really positive. Sandra who work at the front desk is so awesome as well, she always greet me and my kiddos, and always ask about my day. I have never had a bad experience with anyone at this location, and my son love all the staff as well, especially his therapist sandy.She always have a big smile on her face when we see her because she truly love what she do. This place has truly blessed my family tremendously and I’m so grateful we decided to pick this location for our therapy needs.

I can’t believe I am having to write this bad review on this company I really liked at first but it seems like no one ever picks up my phone calls and that is really unprofessional. Apparently every time I call there office The person I am looking for is always supposedly out of the office? I personally have my own business and make sure that someone is always at the Phone desk and never let them leave that area if you guys want good repetition I suggest you hire more people for them to be at their phone lines. It is real frustrating that I have to go through this with you guys but if no one says anything we will continue to have this problem with you guys clinic. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only parent that feels this way. I am not sure if you guys are shortstaffed but that does not mean someone and should not be not answering calls. when I first initially started coming to this clinic I had first spoke to Susan and she was really sweet and got things taken care of the day of I didn’t have to wait to get a call back but now it’s a problem. Not sure if she works here but I would like to speak to her she got us scheduled the day of
