Cornerstone is an amazing, mission-oriented company. Although I work for the Waco branch, I feel very connected to the team in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Our leadership truly cares about serving each other as team members as well as serving the families with whom we work. As a relatively new grad when I began working for them, I have felt supported by more experienced therapists who are always willing to share their knowledge and experiences. I can't imagine working anywhere else!

I have enjoyed working for Cornerstone. The processes and resources are clear, organized, and easy to access. The leadership always makes an effort to keep the therapists connected, which can be difficult for a home health company. They make it very apparent that the kiddos we serve come first!

I just celebrated my 2 year anniversary of working with Cornerstone, and I can honestly say, this is a wonderful place to work. Cornerstone is truly an organization that is dedicated to serving families and giving hope. It has been an honor to work with an amazing group of people and a leadership team that puts the therapist first.

I began working with Cornerstone Pediatric Therapy in January 2020, when my family was experiencing some changes and I was in search of a job that offered a lot of flexibility. Working for Cornerstone has allowed me to prioritize my family's needs while continuing to serve children in my community. I was hesitant to enter into home health because I was unsure of the level of support I would receive. However, I have been blown away again and again by the Cornerstone staff and their willingness to offer guidance and suggestions whenever a question or concern arises. If I had to choose a home health company all over again, I would choose Cornerstone in a heartbeat!

I have worked for Cornerstone since July 2018. Cornerstone Home Health is very organized with everything they do, the office staff is very responsive to questions and concerns and wants you to know how valued you are as a member of the team. Cornerstone cares about their employees and take care of us, we feel part of the family. Therapist work together to take care of needs of out little patients and that is so important. Through this global pandemic they took the initiative to make sure their employees are taken care of!
