If the Warren Center of Carrollton could get 1,000,000 stars I would ask for double of that. Dalia was assigned to help our daughter with her condition back in November. She was very kind and very sweet. Due to the pandemic we could not meet in person and had to do the classes by zoom but she was able to work around our schedule which we had to do a class a week. Dalia was amazing and very understanding by not only teaching our daughter but teaching us how to communicate. We only had several months with her as our daughter was turning 3 in March so we all were crunching in classes when we could. Within the time frame from when she first started to today my daughter has improved in a way that I didn’t think was possible in that time frame. Dalia is amazing and the Warren Center in Carrollton is amazing. We can not thank you all enough for everything y’all have done and everything y’all continue to do. I don’t know how we could have done this without y’all. Again, thank you thank you and thank you.

My daughter met Ms Dalia when she was 18 months. She had speech delay and a very short attention span. Ms Dalia was able to engage her with different kinds of fun activities and exercises. She exposed her to books which my daughter enjoys till today. I have to say Ms Dalia was very patient and understanding. She tries to see the problem and work accordingly. My daughter has come a long way since she started her therapy with Ms Dalia and we really appreciate the wonderful service that she provided .

I cannot say and thank the Warren center enough on how it has literally changed both of my children’s life’s forever! They set a foundation for success and continue to help their progress in not only speech but every aspect of life. Both of my children started off from literally not even responding to their own name to leaps and bounds in only a few months. What really works is them also coaching the parent to continue progress while at home when your with your child the most so this never ends. Thank you thank you thank you! God sent!

Our therapist Ms. Dalia Ruiz is very good and she was really able to engage my son in the play. My son has a short attention span with delayed speech. She used to share tips on how to handle my kid. We received 4 in-person classes, after that it was virtual due to pandemic. At first I thought virtual class doesn't help him much because he doesn't like to sit at one place. But When Dalia was reading a book or singing a rhyme, he comes and sit and reads along with her. Also, she used to share lot of activities what I can do with him , she used to explain in detail how can I play with him. He has showed a lot of improvement in 5 months. She also gave us lot of information about other services like School district and other schools around. She made sure that we are in good hands after our classes were stopped as my son is turning 3.nI am very much thankful to Dalia and Warren Center for putting our kid in right path.
