The only thing that saves this pharmacy is that the people are really nice. The waits are extremely long. They have two pickup lanes for drive-through but they only have one person working it at a time. It gives the allusion that it wont take that long but ends up taking just as long if not longer than a normal drive-through

I have never in my life dealt with such and incompetent pharmacy. I moved my family of 4 meds completely to this pharmacy only a month ago and I can list out atleast 5 absolutely ridiculous incidents that I have already experienced with them. They are all over the place, not knowledgeable, slow, confused, UNPROFESSIONAL and act sensitive when it’s pointed out the inconvenience they cause the customer! I will be moving my medications ASAP and do not suggest that ANYONE depends on this pharmacy!

Had to pay double because of pharmacy mistake......nn......and the pharmacy refused to make it right. Even after I called my insurance company and they called the pharmacy and verified it was the pharmacy's mistake, the pharmacy manager, pharmacist Laura, refused to adequately rectify this, of many, mistakes regarding my life-saving diabetic medication prescription. I paid for my months supply of meds and got home to discover it was incorrect. After a week of debate and finally having the insurance company call them, the pharmacy dispensed the remainder of the prescription but I had to pay full price for that one too(although I had already paid). Luckily I had the money to pay twice for a prescription that was incorrectly dispensed by the pharmacy, but it makes me wonder about people on a strict budget who cannot afford to double pay for their medications. This is concerning. This has been my pharmacy for over a decade because of its convenient location to my home (Monfort/ Beltline), but I will be finding another pharmacy from now on. Over the months, I have observed other pharmacy customers having issues with mistakes, when each time I go in to pick up my prescriptions there is a long line and a wait of 30 to 45 minutes just to pick up a prescription because everyone has problems. I was put on this medication only 6 months ago and I have only received the correct prescription one out of these 6 months from this pharmacy. My insurance company, UnitedHealthcare, recommended that I find another pharmacy, and I agree. If I could give this pharmacy NEGATIVE stars I would.
