Briyet in the Farmers Branch / Dallas is just awesome. I got 1 day turn around on a special order to get repairs done on a manual chair. This is my third time using Travis and they have improved in their communication and follow through thus resulting in a 5 star rating. Keep up the good work!!

Have had CONTINUING difficulty over a period of several months in getting ANY response from Keevia in the Farmer's Branch Office regarding wheelchair repairs/parts. This time (Dec 18-30, 2018) it has been two weeks and three phone calls and still no response. I am SCREENED when I call and leave my number. Since I am a PERSISTENT customer, she chooses not to handle her job. Based on the service we have received from Travis, especially recently, but since having bought out Mobility Dynamics/TX DME ~2014, we will be changing providers ASAP.nWe have worked with Eddie Waymeyer for 15+ years but that has also slipped. Aaron is OK when he finally responds but that also takes numerous calls/texts personally to both of them. Either they are overloaded or admin is not coordinated.nI DID get a little better response after I contacted the Cleburne office months ago to see if we could actually Come In there for repairs like we have in the past. She was able to contact the Manager in Farmer's Branch but that only lasted for that occasion. Then back to ignore that PESKY DEMANDING PERSISTENT customer by Keevia. NOPE ...poor service is not rewarded by me.nNext, rating will be posted on Yelp, Google, and other sites.
