This is my local Petco. The staff really makes the store. They know my dog and have treats at check out that they buy themselves. Curbside is great and the return process are easy. The store is clean, and you can find everything. They have a better idea of when their shipments are coming in than most stores. They actually give you an time frame if they have it. They catch you at the door for help. I did a walk in nail cutting at the groomers and they were great my pup. I like the supply here and the stuff.
I love this pet tag. The only reason to replace it is if your information changes! I have ordered one for my older dog many years ago and it;s still on her collar and in great shape. I ordered on for my puppy and expect to have it for her lifetime!
Terrific staff helped guide me through the prescription food process thus enabling me to obtain my much needed special kidney food for my dog!
Awesome quality and quick turnaround. I don’t like hanging tags so these are perfect. Bought one for all 5 of my Labradors.
Had an appointment at 2:45 and there was no one at the grooming salon when I arrived. I waited about 10 min and asked another clerk what was going on and he said she was “eating lunch.” I asked if there was someone else that could take him and he said no. He went back and told her I was waiting and he came back and said “she’ll be here in a minute.” 20 min past our appointment time she strolls up there as slow as Christmas without an apology. I said we had been waiting and I had an appointment at 2:45. She rudely replied “Did he not tell you about lunch?” At that point I said forget it and left. Management needs to better schedule their appointments so they don’t have people waiting. Would recommend to go somewhere else that runs on time.
