Overall a great experience working with CertaPro Lewisville/Flower Mound! Our salesperson, Chris, was very attentive - not pushy whatsoever - and very knowledgeable about what we were dealing with. Much of this work related to the damages caused by Snowmaggeddon and, like every other contractor out there, they're pretty busy. But that didn't keep them from getting us scheduled and getting us fixed promptly. Their crew was excellent and did a GREAT job cleaning up after themselves. I saw no traces of them having been there other than all the messes caused by busted pipes completely eradicated by a terrific paint job. We will happily use them again - hopefully under better circumstances!
Everything went according to plan. It took us a while to determine the best color match even after a Sherwin Williams color consult. The home exterior and garage interior look like new again!! The painters worked very hard when you consider the size, score and clean up of the project. There were some missed updates to the project plan that were corrected and I wish the painters had used the designated clean up area, even after asking not to clean near bushes and animal areas. The painters had to return for some missed areas in the garage and some other rework. Other than that, we were very please from start (sales) to finish.
Jan 2021 was the second time we worked with CertaPro. Highly recommend for the quality of work and service! The estimate process with Chris is easy and transparent, they do a beautiful job of protecting furniture, floors, cabinets and fixtures before the job, and where the drywall was repaired and painted after extensive plumbing work, you can’t even tell anything ever happened!nnWe will always hire them for painting and wall repairs!
