Great atmosphere, great selection to read from quiet for the most part besides the kids and loud talking staff. Convenient hours. And cozy environment.
Wonderful place to use the computers, magazines, the beautiful view. No one bothers you and if you need help their always happy to help you. Love this library.
Denise Wallace, the librarian needs to be fired. I worked quietly there and was gossiped about incessantly by her staff. She refused to stop it, called me a liar threatening me and telling me I was not welcomed there. She then followed me to my car and yelled at me while I was on the phone calling the city. The next time, as soon as I arrived, she called the police to come all the way to where I was sitting, causing a huge scene to escort me out after handing me a letter from the city I was unwelcome at the library, premises or parking lot indefinitely. She is an embarrassment to the library and city. Not a professional. How I was treated was an embarrassment to Farmers Branch, besides the fact I was slandered about and defamed for several years affecting my livelihood. They need to get rid of her and the librarians and completely overhaul the staff there.
Very safe. Just the right number of people room for social distancing.
Good space to hang out for long time. Very peaceful
