John was outstanding to work with. Top notch service and top notch vans. John went way out of his way to ensure that he covered every basis for what we needed on our trip to Colorado. He even put new tires on the van before we left and installed a hitch for our luggage rack. Without a doubt i will be using Pinnacle again in the near future. Wish every business was run this way.

Just got back from my road trip to Orlando! Lost of fun BUT it was a perfect family trip because of the 12 passenger van we got at pinnacle. The condition of the vans are amazing. Tires, seats and everything else is just amazing. I have to clearly emphasize that John is the type of person everyone should be like when dealing with customers. I really can't imagine how different it would've been if we had gone with the big companies that rent vans at the cost of an eye and a leg.nnHey John, you got a customer for life.nI can't wait for my next trip and I know who I will be calling for my van rental. I hope pinnacle expands to include cars for smaller groups. But for now pinnacle is my #1 choice.

Planning an awesome weekend trip to Colorado and Pinnacle Van Rentals HOOKED IT UP! Not only did we get exactly what we were looking for, but they put on brand new tires and mounted a hitch for our luggage rack and snowboards!! This was the easiest rental process I have ever had. If I ever need to rent a van again this will be the first place I go. Killing it, John!
