Went in and tried to rent a car today. Guy behind the counter said well the only car we have is 150 a day left. When I asked if they would call the one down the road, he said you would have better luck driving there. Not exactly the customer service I'm used to when I book from enterprise. Sadly my car was hit and running around town looking for a rental is not my idea of something I want to do. A little compassion and non arrogance goes a long way.

When I rent I go to enterprise. Been doing it for years,. Have always had great experiences. People are top notch in customer service.

Incredibly frustrated. I called to set up a pick up time, and it took 23 minutes to get someone in the line (first call disconnected after 13 minutes). So I had 23 minutes to hear about how there pick up service. When I request a pick up, he tells me to call at a later time that day. I then tell him, that I am needing a pick up at 530. I don’t want to have to wait 20 minutes again, and then be told it won’t happen. Then I am told that the driver leaves at 430, so they can’t pick me up anyways. Get more people to pick up the phones, and quit touting your pick up service if it’s got limitations beyond standard business hours.

I use Enterprise to secure work rental vehicles on a regular basis. Great staff/options. Adeola in the Carrollton, TX location is the best!

Just to preface this, the vehicle that they gave me is an insurance covered rental. So, this car was at a body shop location.nnThe guy that helped me was very nice and had everything taken care of quickly. Unfortunately, the vehicle they gave me was dirty and was low on windshield washer fluid... necessary to take the bug splatters off the windshield. When I got it, it had less than a quarter tank of gas. The rental agent said that he made remarks in the computer, but I don't have any proof. He said that I can bring it back with the same amount of gas... so, I guess I will find out if it's in the computer when I return it. The vehicle also is Sirius/XM capable, but it wasn't working. So far, I'm not completely sold on the experience.
