The company charges you for a rental when setting up a reservation then can deny you the rental based on a credit report.(read the fine print none of us normally read) If you use a debit card they run your credit...It is ridiculous to run a persons credit for a rental vehicle and possibly impact the score as a hard inquiry. Then have the nerve to try and charge a fee when reimbursing for canceling after all the trouble. Budget rental is not dependable to say the least. Save yourself the trouble.
If I could rate ZERO stars, I would. I booked an SUV through Customer Service, and was assured 100% that my Int’l DL would be approved. Upon arriving at the rental desk, they in fact, did NOT have the promised vehicle, but was told that my International DL was not accepted... all of this AFTER they quickly debited my card for over $400. And now I have to wait up to 10 business days for a refund. Spoke with a ‘manager’ and was told that he ‘didn’t have time’ to stay on the line with me while I waited for his email to come through. This is total nonsense and completely unacceptable. Will NEVER do business with this company again.
They are outstanding at this location .Have been more than patient and accomodating.Bravo
Great deal on our rental
I've rented cars here for personal use and business use for a year now. Eric and his team are great! The cars are always clean and usually have very low mileage. Everyone is personable and helpful. Quick check out and in. Highly recommend this location!
