Don’t do it! Upon arriving for my reservation I was told if I used my debit card I had to have my credit checked! What?!nNext I am told for a 2 day rental I have to pay an additional $200 deposit. My credit is great and I am well fundednAlso if they detect smoke or any animal has been in the car it’s another $400. Run away

DO NOT USEnThese people are the most unprofessional I’ve ever seen. The guy kept taking calls back to back while asking me to wait and hold on. When I asked him to serve me since I’m physically in front him he said have a good day and good luck finding a vehicle.

I had an amazing experience renting from this location.nCar was clean, people were friendly and courteous. These guys really listened to my situation and got me exactly what I needed for my family just in time for the power outage!

We reserved the car a few days in advance and we were confident that they had our car so we had no reason to look for anything else. We did reserve (and pay) through my job's perk website but the final email conformation was from Hertz that the car was available to pick up in two days from the hours of 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.nnOn the scheduled day for pick up I showed up at 5:15, which was before they closed, (according to the email.) Only to find a note on the door that it was closed at 4:00 pm. We called customer service and they stated that we could pick up the car the next day and they will leave a note on the reservation for the issue.nnThe next day (taking my lunch hour off) we showed up at 11:00 am only to find out that they no longer had our car rental and cant return our money without US having to call customer service. The representative at the Hertz office seemed disinterested in our situation, did not care about the company's miscommunication nor did he apologize on behalf of his employer for this horrible experience.nnSo I left the office once again without a car, without my money on labor day weekend with no other car rental service helping us out because we had no reservation. Once again I had to waste more time calling customer service for my money back which will take 7 to 10 business days.
