I don’t know where to begin about the amazing service I received from Vince and the team at Flexdrive! I rarely leave reviews, but everyone should know about this place. Throughout the entire process he was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and answered all of questions. I felt at ease and taken care of. He followed up with any concern I had and made sure my experience was as seamless as possible. When I arrived to pick up the car, the team was very welcoming and friendly and I really appreciated that. But, beyond the customer service, I think the program they offer is unmatched. So, big thanks to everyone there!!

The process was so easy. Applied and was approved within 24 hours. Had my vehicle in hand the next morning after selecting the car I want. Service has been reliable and pleasant when I visit. Vince has always been extremely responsive when I needed to reach out to him. They have been a wonderful asset to making my business more efficient and profitable by helping me optimize my vehicle expenses.

I LOVE Flexdrive!!! I came to Dallas and had to wait on my car. All rental companies were difficult and expensive. I found Flexdrive, and I am so glad I did! Vince was amazing, and got me into a car right away. The car was clean and perfect for my needs. I kept the car for almost a month, then returned it and got my full deposit back with absolutely no issues. I’ll definitely use this service again, and encourage others to use it as well. I love this company! I've had the pleasure of working with Vince this last month and he is nothing short of amazing. Kind, helpful and extremely professional! Helped me find the right car, helps with documents and is a man of his word. I saw the other reviews and thought the praise was exaggerated, but once I had the experience myself I too have to give them recognition for their customer service. I'll be a customer for a long time!
