I have been coming to HEB Copperas Cove for about 7 years. I used to go to HEB in Harker Heights from 1998-2013 until we moved. Now we go to HEB Copperas Cove. I would never use a different phramacy! Especially in Copperas Cove! They have been absolutely amazing! They saw that I had all my meds when I was on dialysis and post transplant, continue to do the same! They are absolutely the finest! Thank you all!!

They are constantly giving me the generic medicine for my daughter, and I have t constantly ask them for the name brand! On top of that one the pharmacy managers messed my daughters dose! She is suppose to get 10mg, and she gave her 30mg! Cant trust them! Go elsewhere!

Absolutely amazing customer service. This is the first pharmacy in years that has ensured my medications do not contain allergens. More so, they were as concerned about the potential issues the meds might cause as I do.

After today my first visit pertaining to the Pharmacy. Well this first impression will be a lasting one. I needed my husband's medication from his Hospice group. The Pharmacy got all of his information that was sent to them and prescriptions but no prescription was filled. It was sent in twice but where is the script? This is not supposed to happen not when it comes to s persons medication that is terminally ill and is depending on it just to get him through the rough spots his time is limited. Did not appreciate this one bit.
