This funeral home provides great customer service and is very friendly and helpful. Answered all our questions. They were very quick to answer any questions and return our calls. Bobby was great. I will be totally satisfied and complete once I receive my mothers ashes and all the urns and cremation jewelry I ordered for my family. That is all. Thank you.

Due to all of the restrictions/complications caused by COVID, it took over a month for us to lay my dad to rest. Our funeral director from the Copperas Cove branch, Tim, was very helpful, did everything he could to relieve as much stress off of me as possible, and was very patient. If you knew me, you would understand why being patient with me is such a big deal.nThe ladies in the office were quite helpful as well. They, too, answered my questions and were very patient with me. They handled all of the paperwork for insurance, Veteran Honors for my dad.... you name it!nMy family had one big request. As one of my uncles (my dad's brother) had died about 2 months before my dad, we wanted both of them buried/placed side by side in the Veteran's Cemetery, and to have a dual service on the same day. Apparently, that was the first time in that Cemetery's history that anything like that had been done. Tim was able to make that happen, eventhough my aunts went through a different funeral home for my uncle. You cannot imagine how much that meant to my family!! My family and I are so grateful for their services!
My expectations were beyond met. Everyone was friendly, kind, and sympathetic but not to the point of feeling overwhelmed. Everything we needed was handled with care and efficiency. They said they were there to make things easier in whatever way they could and they were true to their word. Your loved ones will be well taken care of here along with you and your family.
Amazing and courteous staff. Walk you though everything and make sure your wishes are what you want. Explain things in detail that you may not understand and make sure all of your questions are answered. Definitely recommend them to all my friends and family who are wanting to set things up early.
