I booked my flight and it never went through so i asked for a refund and i waited 3 weeks just to get told that it was sent. 4 months later and i still haven’t gotten my refund. I keep getting pushed around with wait times and still nothing changes. Please do your research before booking through this company. This company should not exist.

I booked a flight on April 19th .May 13th I received a message that my flight was no longer available and to call for alternative flight.So today May 14th I have made several attempts to get another flight. I spoke with American Airlines and she pulled my records and it stated that this flight was not canceled.i am still on the phone trying to see what’s going on because the money was taken and cleared from my account ud83dude21
Horrible experience. This company sold me an airline ticket that they never booked and then tried to get me to book another ticket for twice the price. They still haven't refunded my money .
I booked 6tickets with them to go to Malaysia and asked for special meal but in the plane I didnot get the meal as it is arranged.nThen I called them to cancel the connected flight by phone and they assured me to get the refund within three weeks but it's passed two months while I didnot get the refund and they are giving me many excuses for that.nEverytime when call wait several minutes then get promise to call you back for the solution but they didnot give you anycall .nI am searching for an official office to put my complain.nI was advised to contact police but I donot know is it the right place to get me the solution.
