I give them no star because when my grandma passed away last year we had her cremated here and they where very rude to are family even when we asked questions they would respond rude and then come to find out her ashes where Leaking and they didn’t tie the bag up right. And they just threw her in the box with the bag half tied. And to we had to hire a lawyer just to view my grandma cause they wouldn’t let us view her until the payment was made in full and nobody should have to go thru thisnWould not recommend this funeral home for anyone that wants to have funeral here or cremate there loved one ud83dudc4eud83cudffcud83dudc4eud83cudffc
The folks at Lakewood could not have been more gracious, caring, and helpful than they were at the unexpected passing of our son. There was a mix of professionalism and personal touch that can't be taught - it has to be felt and come from within, and that's what we experienced. I plan on using them again in the near future and I know they will be just as sincere and helpful as they were in the past.
