Excellent service.nI placed an order from out of state, and it was delivered the same morning, within the hour.nnI asked a lot of questions, and heavily leaned on Anne's (sp?) expertise to help me in choosing the perfect gift for my mom's birthday. To characterize the staff as helpful seems ungracious; I felt my business was most welcome.nnThe gift was perfect, better than anticipated. For the money, it was exceptional value. I presented an amount I wished to spend, Anne presented me with many options, and I ended up sending a gift of a quality I couldn't have afforded otherwise and having enough of a margin that the store could tip the individual who hustled the plants across town.nnIf you're not certain they can help you, give them a call, and they'll shoot straight with you.
Carriage Flowers has excellent customer service skills. They are always attentive to my needs. The finished product is always so impressive and catches the eye. I wouldn't use anyone else for my arrangement needs and or gifts for that matter. They are by far the best in my book.
Great people! My mother is sick so I ordered flowers from here. They called to let me know about a minimum for where my mother lives to deliver that I didn't know about, they were very nice on the phone and apologetic and helped in my situation to still have flowers delivered. Great customer service and quick delivery.

Amazing customer service, as they worked diligently to ensure that a final delivery was made even after last minute travel changes of my recipient affected their initial delivery attempts.
