I called first thing in the morning for a van. JAMES SAID YES WE HAVE A 15 PASSENGER VAN. I ASKED WHAT IS THE LATEST I CAN PICK IT UP? HE SAID 5:00PM NO PROBLEM. IT HAD A GREAT PRICE~ I THOUGHT HELL YA WE CAN ALL RIDE TOGETHER TO THE AIR PORT TO TAKE MY SON AND HIS WIFE FOR HIS DEPLOYMENT TO JAPAN . I SHOW UP AND TALK TO THE LITTLE LADY BE HIND THE COUNTER, SHE SAID WE DON'T HAVE ANY VANS HERE. SO I CALLED JAMES AT THE 1800 NUMBER AND HE SAID YES WE DO !! SO I WALK BACK IN AND THE LADY SAYS NO YOU HAVE TO GIVE US 24 HOURS NOTICE TO GET YOU A VAN !! I ASKED WELL DO YOU HAVE A SUBURBAN HERE? SHE SAID NO WE DON'T HAVE *ANY* VEHICLES HERE !!! I MEAN REALLY EVERY ONE OF THOSE S.O.B.S ARE G.P.S.ED~ SO THAT MEANS THE HEAD IS NOT KNOWING WHAT THE AZZ IS DOING. THIS PLACE WASTED MY TIME!~ NOW I'M OUT OF TIME TO GET A VEHICLE SO WE ALL COULD RIDE TOGETHER!!
These people are friendly and efficient. I have rented here several times in the past few years and every time it is the most efficient process ever.
They wanted a 600 Credit score, that's ridiculous. It's not like I'm buying the car so why should that even matter ??
This place has dishonest people working there. They will lie about your fuel. They are using fuel for Racketeering. 975 a gallon.
