This company was garbage!! From the moment we started business with them it was no bueno. Made a reservation for a car a week out, when we got to the place we are no where in the system. Had to get a different car at a different rate.nTo top it off the roadside assistance was terrible too. Called the number at least 4 times was on hold for someone about an hour each call. Was on hold for so long that it hung up on us.nHad a flat tire with no spare on the trunk. Leaving my family stranded on a freeway until 10pm. Had to order dinner online for delivery cuz there was no Uber and our only source of a ride was almost 3 hours away. Never rent from hertz!!! Will most definitely not give them my business again.

We had horrible customer service from the richwood store. Never again will rent from Hertz. We had to contact Phil and Tommy the manager in the Pearland store they were very helpful and had good customer service. The employee there ruined it for us though and there was even other people that got up and left because how he was acting.

I will never rent from this Hertz Richwood location again. It clearly states their hours on google and their website. Their worker is very friendly but he is it it. No other workers. He is doing to many jobs therefore making it impossible to meet customers needs. As most people we are working, everyday people. We made arrangements to go in to work late assuming we would be able to drop off our rental around 8:30am when they open. Here it is 9 and we are told he is in the back washing a vehicle. Meanwhile there are literally 5 customers waiting for him inside.
