Awesome management! I was in and out with all my shoes in less then 15 mins
There was this salesperson who tried to use high pressure sales tactics on my son. My son said he was just looking. He didn't ask if my son wanted to try on shoes, he just went in the back and brought back 3 pairs. Tried the guilt pressure tactic. Watch out for these kind of guys they target your kids knowing they're young and naive. Good thing I was there. Buy shoes from another store a few stores down. They won't pressure you to buy shoes. This was the first time we had a silly experience like this at a journeys store. We've always usually shopped at Journeys but no thanks, no more. There's many other choices for shoes.
Bad customer service! I am from NY and it was my first experience at this mall and this store and it was lame...need better customer service. I went to exchange the shoes i purchased a day before and they told me no. So now i am stuck with $70 pair of shoes that are unbearable to wear. Not nice!!!
Very pressuring, they giggle and throw shoes non stop, I bought adidas superstars and they were wrung up to 80 dollars, I also got no receipt. I don’t know how I feel about this experience
i am FUMING!! the manager was absolutely terrible and treated me with complete disrespect. i will not be returning to this location and i am extremely disappointed with this experience :(
