Regency Village

Clean it has a play ground swimming pool. Nice neighborhood. Residents are able to have pets. Children galore and abundance of energy. Housing is great new trailer homes.

First off let me say that this is not a very safe neighborhood. You can hear gunfire in the distance on some nights, as if that isn't alarming for yourself and a lot off the tenet's have children. Second, maintenance only comes around and puts band-aids on open wounds, meaning they don't fix the issue only service a quick fix, A/C units are not repaired or replaced, they refill the freon, and always days later when you put in the work order. The steps leading up to your door are almost always needing repair after a few months because they are never put together we'll in the first place. There are certain tenants vandalizing the play ground and other property around this manufactured home/community. There is a speed limit when entering and leaving the community which nobody follows, even though there are speed bumps. The office is a headache to speak to and even reach on some days. The maintenance staff are very unprofessional and I really doubt whether they actually hold a license as a plumber or HVAC or any training at all. The flooring is constantly need ing to be replaced and the bathroom camode (toilet) runs water which increases your water consumption which they gladly charge you for but do not fix. I have to physically turn the water of the toilet off after every use just to avoid the extra charges on a monthly basis which can get very high. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking to rent. Avoid Regency Village!

Nothing postive nor negative too say about the location other than,nPlay ground could be nicer .. Been a while since i drove thur, ....9/18/20..

This was a comfortable place to live. You have all the comforts of a house with these trailers. The service is fine. The outside neighborhood is falling apart. It’s not the safest area. It gets pricey to rent at any trailer park so if you can, rent or buy a house. Or rent an apartment and downsize a bit. Comfort is nice if you’re not strangled by expenses..
