The absolute most rude people working the counter at this location and has not improved in a couple years or more. I've witnessed a mentally challenged couple be berated up one side and down the other for coming in too soon at Christmas to check on a package arrival! I didn't stand for it, had my say and never went back! My son went today to get help with a label and was refused. My business goes to Universal City from now on, they still know how to properly treat people and are always helpful and kind!!
Worst Post Office Ever!!! ud83dude21Place is literally a joke I’ve never had so much mail “lost”ud83eudd26ud83cudffc♀ufe0f before. I’ve had three packages with tracking mysteriously disappear (why’d I buy tracking in the first place?) and getting someone on the phone is impossible. Most recently I had a family member send a card congratulating the birth of my son and sent some money,ud83dudcb0 never got it! I’ve set up mail recovery cases and misdelivered cases but they never check up on it. ❗ufe0fWhoever stole money literally from a baby, I hope you needed it more than me!❗ufe0f
It’s 50/50 if you get your mail that’s valuable wouldn’t trust
I was scheduled to have my mail delivered on Feb. 8th, after being out of town. No mail for three days. I went to the Schertz PO and learned that our mail box had been damaged, and no mail would be delivered to this mail box. Since I had no knowledge of what was happening, I suggested to the supervisor on duty that a post card be put into the boxes of the customers. He acted like he did like my suggestion. Today we learned it would be 4-6 weeks before mail would be delivered to to our mail box. Why so long?? Surely there is a better way to serve the customer. Not sure the mail service is a SERVICE!!
Never really had to use the post office much but in the last few days. The two gentlemen at this location both have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. So friendly and helpful!! And I had some trouble and they helped me big time!!! Thank you!
