If I could give them a minus 10 I would. They mailed package to wrong address and all they could say was “sorry”. That doesn’t work with my package who knows where. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Very good service! There was even a little gift shop in the place for last minute gifts.
If you need a mailbox or any other business service this place is the absolute best. It is a small private local business that gives the most exceptional service. I can't even imagine another comparable business (especially the big corporate ones) providing the level of care, professionalism, and personal service that Randolph Mail Center offers. I've been dealing with these types of businesses for 20 years in many different cities and this is the absolute best consistently quality service I've ever had at one of these types of businesses. I simply cannot say enough good things about them or recommend them highly enough.
