I booked this online from the GG Spa website. When I got there it was Katie's Spa, same address and phone number. They only spoke Japanese and used Google translate to communicate. They were unaware of my reservation for an hour deep tissue massage that was scheduled at 3 pm. After waiting for 30 minutes, I got a decent half hour massage, but that was all they had time for because she had an appointment at 4:10. I received several emails confirming my appointment too. I left feeling very disappointed.

One hour equal 60 minutes, not 45. Maybe they could invest in some timers.

I made appointment and walk in bit late because I couldn't find it. It turn out is Kati's. I told her I want medium pressure so she did listen. Am I missing something? The massage was okay, and it took out the knots that I had pain on my back.

I made an online reservation, showed up and there was no one there that spoke English and looked at me like I was an alien when I tried to say I was there for a massage. Even after showing them the booking they were clueless, I just walked out
