This pharmacy is a complete joke! Had to transfer there because insurance, on a Monday, here it is Thursday and have only 2 of refills! By the way, it took 3 days to get those two. They claiming the other two are because my doctor’s office hasn’t responded to request, yet my doctors has office have not received any request! Thank you Cigna for making me coming to the horrendous dishonest pharmacy. Oh, almost forgot, when I came over Tuesday (24hrs after transfer) to pick up and bring insurance card I was told there was no transfer, which there was they just hadn’t looked yet. Anyway, I gave them my card and they said they were super busy, and to come back tomorrow with card to get prescriptions. That’s when all the blame game started with them!

I love this place. My wife and I have been going here since we moved to this location two years ago. The staff, the atmosphere, the Pharmacists, all of it. Best CVS I've ever been to.

Absolutely horrendous pharmacy. The staff is completely incompetent and can’t seem to keep records straight. I’ve received the completely WRONG MEDICATION TWICE. And when confronted about this potentially life threatening mistake I got a shrug of the shoulders from the staff. There have also been several instances where I’ve had prescriptions sent into this pharmacy and they say they have no records of the doctor sending it in. So I call my doctor and confirm that it was sent to the correct pharmacy, then have to call this horrible place back to be told that I already picked up my prescriptions when I absolutely did not! When I told them I didn’t pick it up at all, they shrugged their shoulders ONCE AGAIN and actually fill my prescriptions this time. Which is completely irresponsible of them because if I had already picked them up, they just gave me double what I was actually prescribed! So if you’re an opioid user this place is probably great for you but if you’re a responsible adult just trying to get the medication you need without excess hassle and stress, choose a different pharmacy.
