This office is horribly inefficient and badly managed. I'll be taking my dog elsewhere. It's sad when a great doctor loses patients because of how poorly the business is managed. High staff turnover.nDr. Schmeltzer is amazing. He cares, is thorough, and explains. He is consistent. One of the best vets I've ever gone to. We have 6 dogs and have been seeing him for most of their lives.

We used to love coming here until the last 3 visits. I show up for a 8am appointment they don't take our dog back until 8:52. The tech who comes out can't hold our 116 pounds dog, so I ask does she have someone else to help her take him in. He has bad anxiety and doesn't do well on the leash. She tells me I can walk him up, I get him out of the car and proceeded to the door. No one opens the door and I have to stand there knocking on the door. After 5 minutes someone else comes to the door and ask how they can help me. So dicfunctional, disorganized and there seems to be no communication between staff. They finally finish and come take payment, we sit in the car for another 20 minutes waiting for them to bring our dog out. What should have been a quick in and out turned into an hour and forty five minute. This had happened at his previous appointments as well, I'm not sure how long a typical nail trim (only) takes but seems extreme to have sat in the parking lot for almost 2 hours. It hasn't always been like this so I'm not sure what has changed, but we surely hope they go back to the Vet office they once were.

I have been taking my pets to this clinic for about 2 years now and have nothing but positive experiences. The staff at the clinic is thorough and caring. I would highly recommend!

A friend of mine recommended we try this location out. I can say they went beyond my expectations. Dr. Smeltzer was amazing, kind, and compassionate. The staff was friendly, caring, and detailed. I plan on coming back.

I live in the neighborhood attached to them and so thought I would give them a shot. I am extremely glad I did! They are amazing! So friendly, thoughtful and helpful. My dog is always so excited to see them =).
