From NM. HEB has everything I need. Coupons are great. Staff friendly and very helpful. Thank You for bringing in Hatch chili and products! Pharmacy answers questions and make sure you get your discounts. As far as wait time, I can do some shopping, they will call you. They always answer the phone. Their standings are #1, for taking care of their employees and their generous donations. Thank You HEB!

Because, for the most part, HEB Grocery has provided me with good service over the years, a few months back decided to start getting my prescriptions filled in their pharmacy. BIG MISTAKE! They filled my prescription with products from a different manufacturer than the one they had been using without informing me! My system is very sensitive and does not handle change well. The replacement product DOES NOT work! It has wreaked havoc on my system and is not relieving any of the issues for which it was prescribed. It is useless!!! Now I'm stuck with 3 boxes of meds and my insurance company won't pay for replacements. Now I must wait in misery until I can refill again! They (HEB) should give me the product since it was their fault! Secondly, the pharmacists act like they are gods. One of them told me several lies about my meds. Next, the young folks who are cashiers in the pharmacy are rude and extremely disrespectful. I will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as I feel better.nFinally, the labeling always wears off my prescription bottles and when the time comes for refills, I can't see the prescription numbers.nnI am so disappointed with HEB's Pharmacy. Who knew that their services would be so poor.
