Pharmacy is jacked up! Answer the phone hello instead of identifying themselves as Brookshires pharmacy. Anyways get a call from my doctor and some stupid employee or pharmacist gonna send for a prior authorization when the RX is not covered by my insurance policy. Have gotten the same medication for over a year! If the last crew didn't meet the requirements of the pharmacy as they were fired, then the folks that replaced them needs corrective action as being new shouldn't allow for the mistakes to keep persisting as it becomes an excuse. A pharmacy technician shouldn't be the one held accountable, answering the phone hello and stuttering because more than likely the pharmacy manager is not a leader as anyone can notice the huge turnover rate. It all starts at the top where the way I see lacks competence and understanding of business. Fire from the top down, not the bottom up!
