The entire staff is amazing with my 100+ lbs grumpy at the vet German Shep. I truly appreciate everything they do for us to make sure he is getting quality care when he isn't cooperating. They go above & beyond!!!
I love Taunton Animal Hospital they are all very friendly and care for your animal.
I had an awful experience with this hospital. They offered to get my dog Diesel’s medical records from another animal hospital 2 weeks prior to his appointment, but they never bothered to do it. We took time out of work to bring our dog there for his appointment and they were unprepared, did not have his record, did not know what he needed for shots and we ended up having to leave. I called the owner the following day and he was rude “I don’t know what to tell you.”, unapologetic and informed me that they do not call for medical records and it was my responsibility to get the records. I explained that his staff should be better trained then because they are the ones that offered to do it. I would have been happy to if i knew they weren’t going to do it. Going there was a complete waste of time! They should not have offered a service and then not follow through. Owners response was unacceptable. I will never return there.
I love everyone here. They take the best care of our dogs, especially Ruba!
I love Taunton animal hospital. Dr. Cowe is a fantastic vet. She is great with my dog. She keeps a great record of all his problems, and is very kind.
