The Veterinarian and staff here have been outstanding. Very professional and willing to do whatever it takes for the care of your pet. I won’t go anywhere else.
I adopted a cat through Taunton Animal Shelter and she was spayed by this vet on April 8, 2020. I wanted to bring her in to have her incision looked at, and was told there would be an office fee charged, This should have been included in the price of the original spay. I took her to my own vet. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had used this office in the past with previous animals and found another vet as all this office cares about is money and not people's beloved pets.nnUpdate: Took my new cat to the Taunton Cat Hospital and it was determined that she had a reaction to the stitches and required antibiotics. Dr. Saxon should have seen her as a follow-up to the spay without charging the office fee.
Dr. Saxon and her team are excellent. They may not have all the equipment for advanced problems, but they care and will give honest advice about your pets health and will even refer you to other clinics if necessary. They are honest priced and honest, good, helpful people. Highly recommended for your regular veterinary care needs!
Dr. Saxon is great with animals and very friendly. We've been goimg to her for years and will continue to do so for years to come.
