I was more then pleased. Excellent communication via text and email. Car key worked fine. House keys worked fine. It is nice to know you have support with this team
The kiosk process was relatively simple. More expensive than other key copying services, but the choice of personalized keys was appealing. Not sure of the security of having my home keys mailed to me...but they did arrive in a few days and worked PERFECTLY.
I asked the price 3 time before they came out. I was told $80. The tech did not give the price until he was done. They are a bait and switch company!!!! The cost was $229. Call a company that is honest this one is not!!nThey matter worse after this review was posted originally. The owner asked me to reach out to him by email. I did and the has not been any response back. All this does is let me know my original post was exactly right.nPeople do not use this company!
The mailbox key made from the kiosk in Bed, Bath and Beyond arrived timely and worked great.
Getting my key made, and it actually work, was the second best experience next having my ingrown toenail fixed. Thanks KeyMe!
