Pro-Care Medical Center - Chiropractor & Primary Care

Have been coming here since June of 2020, Dr. Acosta does an amazing job with my physical therapy and listening to my symptoms and issues, he’s even done some research into different types of treatment that may help my specific conditions and I don’t know any other doctor that has done that for me, plus his adjustments are to die for! I don’t know what I would do without them. Reyna is always pleasant and helpful, super easy to talk to and is very helpful with my treatment, and so knowledgeable. Dr. Clark is awesome, pleasant and easy to talk to also, she explains things so that I can further understand the what and why and for me that’s very comforting. The ladies at the front desk(there’s one in particular that’s there every day but for the life of me I can’t remember her name) are always accommodating and they always work with me on my scheduling. There’s even a lady who answers the phone(I’m not sure that she works in that physical location) but her name is Karen and I’ve spoken to her several times, she really goes above and beyond to help me figure out all my scheduling at different locations. She’s very sweet, and every time she answers the phone I know I’m in good hands.nnAll in all, these are my people, and I wouldn’t trade them for the world. My deepest gratitude to all of them.You won’t make a mistake coming to this place for your medical needs, they really do care about their patients.

I went to Pro-Care for the first time today. I live that he really cares about my concerns and gave me advice and exercises to do to feel better. He (in my terminology) popped every bone in my body and I feel amazing right now after months of pain. I was able to take a good long sleep when I got home, something I haven’t done in months. I appreciate you.

I have been coming here for chiropractic care after a series of debilitating back and neck pain. Through a thorough and holistic approach, I was able to regain strength and functionality before the pain started. The staff here did a great job keeping engaged with my treatment plan as well as equipping me with what I needed to do between visits (stretching and other daily activities to complement my treatments). All in all, it has been a very positive experience! I am now currently in my monthly maintaining of chiropractic care. I highly recommend coming here for pain, reduction of mobility, and for general/comprehensive chiropractic care.

I can’t say enough good things about this place, and all there employees. My boyfriend and I were in a horrible car accident on vacation while in Texas. We are originally from Michigan and I can honestly say I have never been treated better even here in Michigan. They listen to every last concern, explained everything and truly cared. Dr Acosta went so above and beyond his duty calling up and checking on us in his off time. He also gave us contact information for him when we were leaving incased we needed anything at all. And he is true to his word which these days is so rare to find. If you need a doctor who listens to your needs cares about you and actually follows through, this is the place to go!!!
