Good location. Pretty busy though. But large enuff to have ur own space. Multiple racquetball courts offered here but not all other locations.
They don’t care about their members.. an employees tested positive for COVID & they didn’t inform any employees that were around him and just told him to come back in 2 weeks didn’t need to be tested again or anything. VASA DOESNT CARE ABOUT FHEIR EMPLOYEES OR MEMBERS JUST YOUR MONEY! stay safe and get a gym membership at EOS!(:
A fair gym with plenty of space, but terrible 3rd party outsourced customer service. I sent written cancelation at the beginning of May, and a phone call to cancel and they have not canceled my account or responded to my last two emails. They have proceeded to charge my account 3 more times. I am not under a contract anymore having been with them over 12 months and paid their $70 maintenance fee twice. When I signed up initially they were also very happy to allow me to sign up my wife for a membership (without her being present) but told me on the phone I didn’t have permission to cancel her account (even tho it’s payment is attached to my bank account). I continue to be charged without responses to my emails.
Close the sauna and steam room can save you a lot of money on your electric bill , dont blame on covid
I wish I could give them zero stars. Dirty and unclean gym. After the I put a freeze on my account because of Covid they continued to bill me and I try to cancel and they charge me $25 cancellation fee after being a member for over two years, and their policy states no cancellation fee after 6 months. They also charge me a their annual hidden rate guarantee fee of $50 dollars even thought there gym was closed for over 3 months. They are unethical in their business practices and made zero attempt to make things right for their customer. Please check out their rating on BBB, and you will see that I am not the only one that they have done this too. I will never never enter a VASA gym again. Avoid them at all costs!
