Loren and her team at the Schertz location provided exceptional customer service. I had zero issues renting a car through them. The car I used was extremely clean and in terrific condition. Their hospitality is quite refreshing and I will definitely return for future rentals.

Mr Flores was very helpful and informative, pleasant from getting car to returning car. Feels hard to use a car not yours and hoping not to damage it, I got a flat from a pothole from hotel. I was stressing...they took care of me and made me feel stress free.nNo hassles, just EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would not go anywhere else...

During the Holiday season my family and I had to use this location twice. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!nWe had contact with four (4) different staff members and the customer service quality was unmatched. Always professional and friendly. Please keep up the great job!!!!!

Excellent service, very nice car, convenient location. I had a minor scrape when a family member backed into my rental in their driveway. We used our own insurance and things went very smoothly once we connected our adjuster with the Enterprise office. Thanks for making what could have been a big problem, a very smooth transaction with minor headaches (all due to my boneheaded move). Will use them the next time we travel to San Antonio.

From the moment I walked into Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Schertz, Tx off I-35, I was met with kindness from the staff. David assisted me, he joked with me and my children, took me to different vehicles so I could see what I would be renting. David was so in-tuned to ensure when I left the facility I was comfortable with the choice I made. David's attention to detail concerning my needs, instead of leaving with the compact vehicle I'd originally reserved...I upgraded to a SUV! It was the best decision I ever made and my children were super happy. The SUV made me feel like I was riding on clouds!!! I would not have experienced that if it had not been for David's GREAT customer service.nnThank you David and Enterprise Family!!!
