We rented a minivan from this location only to have it breakdown in another state. We called Roadside Service at around 10:30am. Amy, the first employee, was no help. Just called a tow company and told them to tow it to Dodge . Well the tow company didn't arrive until after Dodge closed. We called again and Kenya arranged for a replacemet to be sent to us.nnOnly Enterprise replaced the minivan with a sedan. No one bothered to ask us if that would be suitable prior to sending the sedan. The delivery employee just told us to take it up with Roadside Assistance and left. We called again and was told the correct vehicle would arrive in 4 to 6 hours.nnWe called 5.5 hours later only to be told the company decided not to exchange the cars since the sedan was functional. Roadside told us we would need to drive 50miles out of our way to get a comparable vehicle to what we rented. No they would not bother to reserve a minivan at the location or help us in any way. We would just need to call tomorrow.

The experience was very positive. The Agents were very kind and accommodating. I needed to extend my rental beyond what the insurance company was willing to pay, with the same great rate. When I need to rent a vehicle, I always go to Enterprise.

I have been renting at this location for months (long term rentals) Staff and manager are friendly. Sometimes be prepared to wait, as this location tends to get very busy. Personally, I don't mind. This location has better deals / rates vs other area locations. Cars are cleaned thoroughly and they have always had plenty of vehicles available to choose from on site. The one time the vehicle size I needed was not on site, they offered to pick up from another location and were very quick in making the accommodations. Love this location.

isiah did not care, and pretended to help my family and InnHe laughed at my father and I, had nothing but flippant responses, compared renting a car to flying to chicago, asked me why i was asking him questions, ud83eudd37ud83cudffcud83dude02 etc...nnJust unnecessarily rude; other staff members felt bad and helped me out. However none of them seemed to care that my rental price was raised last minute. DONT RENT HERE or make sure you rent like a month aheadnnjust a terrible experience - waste of time - sometimes the cars aren’t actually availablen- they will literally double the rates from the website !?nn- i’ll be renting somewhere else from now on
