Moved in and right away was completely comfortable here. It’s quiet and from the first night here I slept wonderful.

I went in looking for a 3 bedroom mobile home, because the park looks very clean and maintained and I've heard great things about the park being really safe and doing a lot of activities and getting kids and families involved. The lady in the office was extremely sweet and helpful even though they didnt have any 3 bedrooms available. She gave me business cards to the other parks her company owns. The lady at Lakewood was also sweet and helpful, but Lakewood looked really dirty and the roads were horrible. Then no one was ever in the office at Southern Hills and when the lady answered the phone she was more than just rude. I really wish Big Oaks would've had a 3 bedroom available, and will definitely keep them in mind in the future.

Lived here going on 11years,love it here. Managers are very sweet.The maintenance people if you have a problem they get right to it it's a great place to raise your children here they do all kinds of activities for the children and for the community.

At the very least they could enforce better rules so it wouldn't look so bad. It is not nearly as bad as 305 Amy.
