We had a bit of a rocky start when the cleaners they use didn't do much to clean the unit we moved into. BUT as soon as management was informed they just right on it and made sure it got done, any issue no matter how big or small has been addressed and taken care of extremely fast and efficiently, the people of the community (employees and residents) has been more than welcoming. I look forward to living in this great community for years to come.
My family and I have just moved into lake wood almost a year ago and Melissa and her staff have been nothing but great to us. They have attended to our every need. Time and time again they have come in and worked on our home with no complaints .We love the location and the community. We are seriously looking into buying or renting here forever . If you are needing a good and safe community lake wood mobile home park is the place to be.
