Honestly, I make the drive to this location instead of the one closes to me because of how friendly the staff are here! Yes there is always long lines but the staff work hard to help each customer quickly and efficiently! The great customer service here makes up for the long line waits! Also they won’t scream at you like they do other locations!
Very disgusted by this place. They forwarded my package because they claim the zip code on the label was incorrect. That is not true. The zip code was correct and the address was as well. There is a lot of thieves at this post office. Beware!!!! The package was never received and I never received any updates on my package. This post office needs to clean house is all I’m going to say.
6 packages gone wrong?! How can you be that bad in a series of 2 weeks. Please consider rehiring new people, starting with management!!
So the younger guy with glasses and forearm tattoos made the wait so much easier with his humor. I hope they will keep him/or he stays there. Funny guy!
Had a package mailed from this post office to me in Korea, almost two months ago, and it still hasn't arrived. It had my daughter's birthday gift and to date though I filed a report USPS took all my info and now refuses to respond to my emails. All they need to do is contact Harker Heights to verify the address the item was shipped to and track what happened to my package.
