I can't believe our taxes pay for this still.nUSPS needs to be shut down.nSave the American tax payer some money. Let UPS/Fedex handle it. They do a better job anyway.
Apparently the drop box outside is taped off and a sign is placed telling people to drop mail off inside and not at drop box because of theft. Apparently it’s also been a problem in the past. I’m not giving a bad review so to speak just letting y’all know that if you dropped mail off there within like the past day or two, that it may or may not be gone
Don’t know what’s going on with Postmaster mind today, but my address is 2308 not 2303. All of 2303 mail was in my mailbox, non referring to me. Please tell Postmaster to look at mail properly before distributing in mailboxes.... if he’s sick or in a hurry train or teach someone else properly so I don’t have anyone else’s mail and they don’t have mines. I am expecting a Very Important Mail from the Government
I really don't appreciate the horrible customer service. The workers there are rude and they will not answer the phone.
I wish I could give this place negative stars. Extremely rude and slow staff. They’ve lost my package three times now and when asked about it the response was “I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” Accompanied by major attitude. Awful place.
