I tried to have my prescription filled and it is a prescription I get every month. I'm not sure what is going on in the pharmacy dept, but they don't know how to verify insurance I suppose. My insurance is active and I even provided a print out from that date showing it to be active, and they still couldn't locate the correct policy. Not the first time I have had this problem, and asked to speak to manager and she was really dismissive and did not care at all. I will be switching pharmacies today.
